Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. This individual will assist with inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a eye for detail are essential.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 6 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products and packaging.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
• Document inspection results and report any deviations or defects.
• Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain clean and organized inspection areas.
• Support QA team with audits, paperwork, and quality documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Communicate clearly with production staff and supervisors regarding quality concerns.
