Remote Bookkeeper – Flexible Hours

GDI Bridgelink Ltd, the parent company of GDI Packaging Solutions (gdipackaging.ca) and Enviro Healthcare (envirohealthcare.ca), is seeking a skilled Remote Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 .
• Ensure financial compliance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) .
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and support general financial administration.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes and workflows.
• Stay informed on emerging financial technologies and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sage 50 and solid understanding of ASPE compliance .
• 10+ years experience as a bookkeeper
• Strong analytical skills with a critical-thinking mindset —you seek ways to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
• A forward-thinking approach to technology , ensuring our bookkeeping processes evolve with industry advancements.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing responsibilities in a remote work setting .
