As a key member of our operations services team, you will coordinate and oversee facilities related but not limited to daily janitorial services, waste services, window cleaning and pest control to ensure ongoing compliance with contracts related to airside and landside operations services. Your role involves conducting site inspections, coordinating contractor activities, and emergency response to irregular operations. Key Responsibilities include monitoring janitorial services, waste programs, and other daily operational activities to ensure compliance with contracts, airport rules, and city regulations; managing and resolving issues during emergencies and irregular operations; applying corrective and enforcement actions; reviewing program operations for compliance and recommending corrective actions; explaining policies and regulations; conducting comprehensive facility inspections; collaborating with stakeholders and contractors; reviewing and approving shutdown requests; performing minimal repairs; providing training; addressing complaints; identifying and reporting hazardous issues; conducting audits and inventory checks; maintaining detailed reports and documentation; and providing timely status reports. The position requires strong attention to detail, self-accountability, excellent customer service, communication skills, flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, contract compliance and management experience, vendor performance management, proficiency with contract management software, technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software, project coordination experience, and emergency response capability. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of administrative or technical support experience evaluating contracts for compliance, a valid driver's license, and passing an FBI background check. The role involves shift work, snow duties, and emergency incidents as DEN operates 24/7/365.
